Arg Welder (Male)

We are looking for a skilled Arg Welder to join our team in Rewari. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in arc welding and be able to work full time in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Arc Welding: Use the arc welding process to join metal parts together, ensuring strong and reliable welds that meet quality standards.

- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand technical drawings and project specifications to accurately carry out welding tasks according to design requirements.

- Inspect Welds: Check the quality of completed welds for strength and precision, following safety protocols and industry standards.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly clean and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure they function properly and safely.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other welders and staff to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and should be male due to the physical nature of the job. You should possess a solid understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures. Attention to detail is essential for quality work. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Good communication skills will help in effectively coordinating tasks with colleagues.
