Manage the sale of assigned territory and achieve monthly & yearly target.

Join work with MRs to train & guide them on doctor conversion, communication with customers, strategy execution, chemist survey, stockiest handle, objection handle, brands promotion etc.

Selection of good candidate (Interview of MR).

Handling of KOL, KBL Chemist & high value gift inputs.
