4. should have handled team of more than 30 sales officers,

5. should have managed turnover of 3-4 cr monthly.

6. should have handled stockiest network of more than 50 ,

7. should have worked in cfa model 8. should have worked in advance terms

9. should be ready to travel extensively and good in field work.

10. should be expert in general trade handling more than 500-1000 outlet network in panipat, sonipat, rewari.

11. forecast quarterly and annual profits

12. identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

13. prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

14. analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

15. address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

16. participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

17. suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
