Area Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and oversee agribusiness production plans, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and compliance with all safety regulations

Monitor market trends and make decisions to buy or sell products based on changes in the marketplace

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other partners

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Prepare and present reports on operational performance to upper management

Supervise and train employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed

Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network with potential clients and partners

Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations
