our firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented draftsman to join our team. the successful candidate will work closely with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for a variety of projects. the ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in drafting for architecture + interior, as well as a strong understanding of autocad and construction techniques.

roles and responsibilities:

• create detailed drawings and plans using drafting software, such as autocad..

• work collaboratively with architects and designers to ensure that project specifications are met

• prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections

• should have experience in site visit for coordination.

• review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers

• communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met

• follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national standards

• maintain accurate records of project documentation and revisions

• attend project meetings and assist in the coordination of project schedules

qualifications:

• associate degree in drafting or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in drafting for architecture

• proficient in drafting software, such as autocad and blender

• strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes

• ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
