Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing architectural designs and plans

2. Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations

3. Researching and inquiring about different materials

4. Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks

5. Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops

6. Explaining design requirements and specifications to Builders, Electricians, and Technicians

7. Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients

8. Preparing building models and structure plans

9. Conducting mockup sessions

10. Guiding the construction project from start to finish

11. Presenting project briefs to clients

12. Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project

13. Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the client

14. Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline

15. Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
