Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the architectural design and engineering process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, engineers, and contractors, to develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather data and evaluate existing conditions, identifying potential design constraints and opportunities.

Develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, adhering to relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges or constraints.

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to review and evaluate bids, select appropriate materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Monitor and oversee the construction phase of projects, conducting regular site visits, reviewing progress, and addressing any design or engineering issues that arise.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in architectural design and engineering practices, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,

Proven experience as a Senior Architect Engineer, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
