responsibilities:

• lead and oversee the architectural design and engineering process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, engineers, and contractors, to develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

• conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather data and evaluate existing conditions, identifying potential design constraints and opportunities.

• develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

• prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, adhering to relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

• conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges or constraints.

• collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to review and evaluate bids, select appropriate materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• monitor and oversee the construction phase of projects, conducting regular site visits, reviewing progress, and addressing any design or engineering issues that arise.

• stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in architectural design and engineering practices, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

qualifications:

• diploma, bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture, civil engineering,

• proven experience as a senior architect engineer, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
