Architect Designer (2-4 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Architect Designer to join our team at our office on Ajwa Road. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in architecture and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Design Development:** Create detailed architectural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, including engineers and project managers, to ensure design feasibility and smooth project execution.

- **3D Modeling:** Utilize software tools to create 3D models and visualizations, presenting ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

- **Site Visits:** Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide design support during the construction phase.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

- Creativity and innovation in design solutions, with the ability to think outside the box.
