Architect Designer - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Architect Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing and planning innovative architectural projects. The position requires a strong understanding of architecture principles and a creative approach to solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Create and refine architectural concepts based on client needs and project requirements, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically appealing.

- Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather input and ensure alignment on design objectives.

- Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions, zoning laws, and other factors that might impact the design process.

- Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design ideas and concepts to gain approval.

- Oversight: Supervise construction projects to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and adjust plans as necessary in response to real-time challenges.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture () and 5 to 11 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential. A strong understanding of building codes and materials is expected.
