*Attend Inbound & make outbound calls

*Responds to customer needs & requirements with proper solution

A/R & Denials Analysis; Follow-ups and Denied claims Resolutions by CALLING US Health Insurance companies. Verification of Benefits, Precerts & Authorizations. Capacity for 50 Denials pd / 100 A/R Fwups.
