roles and responsibilities

• followup with the payer to check on claim status

• identify denial reason and work on resolution.

• save claim from getting written off by timely following up

• should have sound follow knowledge of working on billing scrubbers and making edits

• work on contractual adjustments & write off projects.

• should have good cash collected/resolution rate

• should have calling skills, probing skills and denials

eligibility criteria:

• graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute (excluding mca, b. pharma, ma , be)

• undergraduate candidates must have minimum 12 months of experience in bpo/kpo sector

• must be open to work on night shifts

• applicable for candidates with 0-29 months of experience

• graduate freshers can apply

• pg - post graduation not required

• doctorate - doctorate not required

desired candidate profile

• good comm. skills in english ( verbal and written)

• good analytical skills and proficiency with ms word, excel and power point

• candidates should have access to a laptop/ desktop with active internet connection for interview
