Roles & Responsibilities:

• Train students for Banking, SSC, and RRB competitive exams as per the latest syllabus.

• Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, and English Language based on exam requirements.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock test papers.

• Conduct engaging classroom/online sessions and regular doubt-clearing classes.

• Guide aspirants with exam strategies, shortcuts, and time management techniques.

• Evaluate student performance through tests and provide feedback for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and notifications.

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Banking Awareness and General Awareness.

• Prior teaching/training experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

• Candidates who have cleared any stage (Prelims/Mains/Interview) of Bank/SSC/RRB exams will be preferred.

• Freshers who have cleared Prelims and Mains of Bank/SSC/RRB in the past 12 months are also eligible.

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline.

• Ability to handle both classroom and online batches effectively.
