roles & responsibilities:

• train students for banking, ssc, and rrb competitive exams as per the latest syllabus.

• teach quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, general awareness, and english language based on exam requirements.

• prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock test papers.

• conduct engaging classroom/online sessions and regular doubt-clearing classes.

• guide aspirants with exam strategies, shortcuts, and time management techniques.

• evaluate student performance through tests and provide feedback for improvement.

• stay updated with the latest exam patterns and notifications.

requirements:

• strong subject knowledge in aptitude, reasoning, english, and general awareness.

• prior teaching/training experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.

• excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

• candidates who have cleared any stage (prelims/mains/interview) of bank/ssc/rrb exams will be preferred.

• freshers who have cleared prelims and mains of bank/ssc/rrb in the past 12 months are also eligible.

preferred qualification:

• graduate/postgraduate in relevant discipline.

• ability to handle both classroom and online batches effectively.
