Job Description

NextG Talent is coordinating recruitment for the Royal Enfield Apprentice Trainee program. Eligible candidates can apply for this opportunity to gain practical industry exposure and develop their skills in the automobile manufacturing sector.

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidates only

Age: 18-24 years

Year of Passing: 2024-2026

ITI: Candidates who have completed a 2-year ITI course

Diploma: Eligible branches include EEE, ECE, Mechanical and Automobile

Degree: BBA, BCA, and . graduates; all eligible branches as per the hiring criteria

Freshers meeting the eligibility criteria can apply.

Monthly Stipend

ITI Apprentice Trainee: ₹20,000 per month

Diploma/Degree Apprentice Trainee: ₹22,000 per month

Additional Benefits

Transport facility up to 15 km, subject to applicable conditions

Attendance allowance of ₹1,500, as per the hiring details

Retention bonus of ₹12,000 every 12 months, subject to applicable conditions
