Application Engineer- Tool Engineer

Cutting tool Trials capability for setup the machines for machining Steel, CI & Aluminum parts

o Study the machine parameters and characteristics.

o Understand the product drawing to identify the tooling

requirement.

o Identify the tooling from our global tooling partners.

o Submit the query sheet to Application Manager.

o Provide further inputs for the queries raised by Tooling

partners.

o Participate in tooling trials.

o Release the tooling trials reports.

� Research

o Map the cutting tools currently supplied by KatanaMech Solutions.

o Identify the customer feedback on the mapped tools.

o Locate the Domestic and International competitors for the

tools.

o Provide the Cost comparison of the multiple players. o Visit the customer sites and map the tooling with

KatanaMech Solutions team.
