- proven work experience as an application developer, preferably in web3 or blockchain development.

- strong understanding of web3 technologies and frameworks, such as ethereum, solidity, ipfs, and dapp development.

- proficiency in programming languages such as javascript, typescript, and relevant frameworks like react or angular.

- knowledge of front-end development tools and frameworks, including html, css, and responsive design principles.

- familiarity with relevant tools (. jira, lark, hotjar, figma).

- familiarity with version control systems, such as git, and collaborative development workflows.

- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.

- excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- fluency in english.

- located in bangalore, india, and willing to meet and work with the india team when needed.
