- Administer medication:
The ANM Nurse will be responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients according to the doctor's orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs:
Regularly monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, to ensure their health condition is stable.
- Assist doctors in medical procedures:
Support doctors during medical procedures by setting up equipment, preparing patients, and providing assistance as needed.
- Provide patient care:
Offer direct care to patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and families:
Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices to promote better health outcomes.
Required skills and expectations:
- Must have completed a diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) or relevant nursing program.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Good attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
