Anesthesiologist+ - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our medical team in Samastipur, Bihar, India. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in anesthesiology.

As an Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgical procedures, and ensuring safe perioperative care. You will work closely with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Preoperative Assessment: Evaluate patients before surgery and determine appropriate anesthesia plans based on medical history and clinical condition.

Anesthesia Administration: Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures.

Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor vital signs and patient status during procedures to ensure safety and effective anesthesia management.

Postoperative Care: Oversee patient recovery from anesthesia and manage pain control and any anesthesia-related complications.

Collaboration: Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive perioperative care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of anesthesia procedures, patient assessments, medications, and outcomes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess an MD/DNB/DA qualification in Anesthesiology with a strong understanding of anesthesia techniques, critical care, and pain management. Good communication and decision-making skills are essential for managing patients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
