Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our healthcare team in Jassur, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India This role is perfect for both new graduates and experienced professionals looking to contribute to patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Administer Anesthesia**: You will safely provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the operation.

2. **Monitor Patients**: Continuous monitoring of patients’ vital signs and reactions during and after anesthesia is crucial. You will respond promptly to any changes in conditions.

3. **Evaluate Patients**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients pre-surgery to determine the best anesthesia plan tailored to individual needs and medical history.

4. **Collaborate with Surgical Team**: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure a seamless surgical experience, including planning and preparing for procedures.

5. **Maintain Records**: Accurately document all anesthesia-related information and patient responses in medical records for ongoing treatment and review.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree in Anesthesiology and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong decision-making skills and a commitment to patient safety and care are crucial. Both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience are encouraged to apply. Qualification MD/DNB in Anesthesia/DA ( Diploma in Anesthesia ) . Package upto 3 LPM .
