Eligibility Criteria · Engineering Graduates in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology or any relevant Stream

Job Description · Provide end to end IT support in online Service Modules for daily operations at the department.

Coordination with IT Infrastructure Team, System Integration and jr. Analyst of the Circle for smooth functioning of the web applications and online services

· Monitor other day to day IT activities and issues in the online module and services

· Real Time Monitoring of online services during peak operational hours · Resolve technical IT issues reported by the circle office

· Application, Network, Data-base support from departments

· Support User Acceptance tests of new services, enhancement and change request · Support flawless implementation of new projects and new services with departments

.Skills Required · Support & Maintenance experience in Enterprise System IT Tools (JAVA & .NET preferable), Platforms, e-Governance Systems, Project Management Systems, Web and Mobile based application and projects and functional testing in Government or Private Sector.
