Anaesthesia Technician

equipment and supply management:

set up, test, and maintain anaesthesia machines and monitors.

stock and maintain inventory of supplies, including oxygen and other gases.

clean, disinfect, and sterilise equipment before and after use.

ensure all equipment is functioning properly and ready for use.

procedure support:

assist anaesthesiologists with the administration of anaesthesia.

monitor patient vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure.

help with patient preparation, positioning, and transport.

provide support during patient recovery, such as assisting with waking the patient up.
