As an Airport Ramp Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft during arrivals and departures. You will work closely with other airport staff and ground crew in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Loading and Unloading Baggage:** Safely handle passengers' luggage and cargo, ensuring items are loaded and unloaded according to airline procedures.

- **Aircraft Marshalling:** Direct pilots during taxiing and parking to ensure safe and efficient aircraft movement on the ramp.

- **Crew Coordination:** Communicate with ground crew and flight staff to provide updates on any issues or delays, ensuring everyone is informed.

- **Maintenance Checks:** Regularly inspect ground support equipment and vehicles, reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to keep operations running smoothly.
