As an Airport Ramp Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground services. You will work directly on the ramp, where aircraft are parked and serviced, to support the safe and timely handling of flights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Aircraft Loading and Unloading**: You will be responsible for loading luggage and cargo onto aircraft and unloading them upon arrival, ensuring proper weight distribution for safety.

- **Baggage Handling**: You will manage passengers' baggage, including checking for damage and ensuring it reaches the correct location.

- **Ground Support Equipment Operation**: You will operate equipment like tugs, baggage carts, and cargo loaders, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.

- **Safety Compliance**: You will follow all safety regulations and protocols strictly, helping to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- **Communication**: You will communicate with flight crews, other ramp personnel, and ground operations staff to coordinate the timely and efficient turnaround of aircraft.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

You should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and preferably a basic understanding of airport operations. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy baggage.
