As an Airport Passenger Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experience for passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include:

- **Assisting with Special Needs:** Provide support to passengers with special requirements, including the elderly, families with children, or those with disabilities.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Ensure that the passenger service area remains tidy and organized for a pleasant environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Patience and empathy are essential, as you will be dealing with travelers who may be stressed, especially during busy times. A basic understanding of airport operations will be beneficial.
