Job Description

- Greet and assist passengers: Welcome passengers to the airport information counter, provide directions, and answer any queries they may have about the airport or their flight.

- Provide accurate information: Ensure that passengers receive correct and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, baggage allowances, airport facilities, and other relevant details.

- Handle inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from passengers in a polite and professional manner, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

- Assist with check-in procedures: Help passengers with check-in procedures, including printing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and guiding them to the appropriate check-in counters.

- Monitor flight statuses: Keep track of flight statuses and updates, informing passengers of any delays, cancellations, or other changes that may affect their travel plans.

- Maintain a neat and organized work area: Ensure that the information counter is clean, orderly, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as brochures, maps, and flight schedules.
