Airport Ground Staff Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and any inquiries to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- Baggage Handling: Load and unload luggage from aircraft while following safety procedures to prevent damage and ensure timely deliveries.

- Check-In Services: Coordinate ticketing and boarding processes, ensuring all passengers are checked in and directed to the correct gates.

- Flight Coordination: Assist in managing boarding procedures, keeping track of flight schedules, and informing passengers of any changes.

- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to travelers by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment for passengers, crew, and the airport facility.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and team members effectively. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage, as it may be needed for check-in and information systems.
