- **Passenger Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with the check-in process, providing support in using check-in kiosks or manual check-in methods.

- **Boarding Coordination:** Facilitate the boarding process by announcing boarding calls, checking passenger tickets, and guiding passengers to the boarding gate.

- **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries and concerns, offering assistance and information to enhance their travel experience.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow safety and security protocols to ensure passenger and staff safety at all times.
