Airport Ground Staff Fresher

As an Airport Ground Staff located in Coimbatore, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience for passengers. This position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, providing support in using check-in kiosks or manual check-in methods.

- Baggage Handling: Manage luggage by checking it in, ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft.

- Boarding Coordination: Facilitate the boarding process by announcing boarding calls, checking passenger tickets, and guiding passengers to the boarding gate.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, offering assistance and information to enhance their travel experience.

- Safety Compliance: Follow safety and security protocols to ensure passenger and staff safety at all times.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with airline crew and other ground staff to ensure efficient operations and timely departures.
