Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Asansol. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience and a minimum of a 12th-grade education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Queries:** Address and resolve passenger inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all airport and airline safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.

- **Collaboration with Airlines:** Work closely with airline representatives and other ground staff to ensure timely execution of flights and logistics.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
