As an Airport Ground Staff member, you will play an important role in ensuring that airport operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and any inquiries they may have about their flights, ensuring a positive travel experience.
- **Baggage Handling**: Safely handle and transport luggage. Ensure that bags are loaded onto the correct flights and assist passengers with lost or damaged baggage.
- **Customer Service**: Address passenger complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, providing friendly and efficient service at all times.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff, including proper identification checks.
- **Coordination with Airlines**: Work closely with airline staff to assist in smooth boarding processes and timely flight departures by providing necessary updates and information.
For this position, candidates should have:
- **Education**: A minimum of 10th-grade education is required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language(s) are essential for interacting with passengers and colleagues effectively.
