We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Nagapattinam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for passengers at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have the correct documentation and directing them to the right gates.

- Baggage Handling: Manage passenger luggage by assisting with loading and unloading bags, ensuring they are safely transported to and from the aircraft.

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to travelers, addressing their questions and concerns to enhance their travel experience.

- Safety Checks: Conduct safety checks for luggage and equipment, ensuring compliance with airport safety regulations.

- Coordination with Airlines: Work closely with airline staff to ensure timely flights and efficient boarding processes.

- Problem Resolution: Address any issues that arise at the airport promptly, from flight delays to lost baggage.
