Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Handling: Greet and assist passengers, guiding them through check-in, boarding, and baggage claim processes to enhance their travel experience.

- Check-in Services: Manage the check-in process for passengers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of tickets and luggage.

- Baggage Services: Handle and track passengers’ luggage, ensuring it reaches the correct destination and addressing any lost baggage issues promptly.

- Communication: Liaise with passengers and internal teams effectively, providing information about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring a positive and professional approach at all times.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade. Freshers are welcome to apply but should have a strong willingness to learn. Good communication skills in English and local languages are essential to interact effectively with passengers.
