Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist passengers during check-in and boarding process: Airport ground staff are responsible for helping passengers check in their luggage, confirm flight details, and guide them through the boarding process to ensure a smooth travel experience.
2. Handle baggage and cargo: Ground staff are in charge of loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring that all items are safely stored and transported to the correct destinations.
3. Coordinate with flight crew and air traffic control: Ground staff communicate important information between the flight crew and air traffic control to ensure safe and efficient operations on the ground.
4. Provide customer service: Airport ground staff assist passengers with inquiries, provide information about flight schedules, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during their time at the airport.
