3. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of all cargo transactions, including tracking information, weight, and destination details.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe handling and transportation of cargo.
5. Resolve cargo-related issues: Address any issues that may arise during the handling of cargo, such as damaged goods or missing items, and work to find solutions in a timely manner.
