Safety & Security: Following strict safety/security protocols (HSSE), handling hazardous materials correctly, and reporting breaches.

Coordination: Liaising with airlines, ground handlers, freight forwarders, and customs officials.

Customer Service (for agents): Advising clients, booking cargo, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
