We are looking for a dedicated Airport Cargo Loader to join our team in North 24 Parganas, India. This full-time position involves handling cargo at the airport, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading Cargo: Handle cargo safely by loading it onto planes and unloading it from them as per airline schedules.

2. Sorting Cargo: Organize and sort different types of cargo based on size, weight, and destination to ensure efficient transportation.

3. Inspecting Cargo: Check all cargo for any damage or discrepancies before and after loading to maintain quality standards.

4. Equipment Operation: Use forklifts and other equipment to move heavy cargo, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times.

5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the loading area clean and organized to comply with safety regulations and facilitate smooth operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and possess a strong work ethic. Attention to detail is essential for inspecting cargo accurately. Physical fitness is also necessary, as the role involves lifting heavy items. Basic understanding of safety protocols in a cargo environment is preferred. The ideal candidate must be a team player, willing to work flexible hours, and be committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not mandatory, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
