Hiring Fresher / Airline Ramp Executive / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Airline Ramp Executive to join our team at the airport in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will ensure the efficient handling of aircraft on the ground and support various ramp operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Aircraft Loading and Unloading:** You will assist in loading and unloading luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, ensuring that everything is handled carefully and efficiently.

- **Baggage Handling:** You will manage the moving of passenger baggage to and from the aircraft, ensuring that items are delivered to the correct destination promptly.

- **Equipment Operation:** You will operate ground support equipment, such as tugs and conveyor belts, to facilitate ramp operations safely and effectively.

- **Safety Compliance:** You will adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on the ramp to maintain a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- **Team Coordination:** You will work closely with team members and other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely turnaround of flights.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and positive communication abilities. You should be physically fit, as the job requires lifting and moving heavy items. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Prior experience in any capacity related to ground operations is an advantage but not mandatory. A 10th-grade education is required for this position.
