Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist passengers during check-in and boarding processes: Ensure passengers have proper documentation, assist with baggage check-in, and help them board the aircraft smoothly.
2. Handle inquiries and provide information to passengers: Answer questions regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other general inquiries passengers may have.
3. Coordinate with other airline staff: Communicate effectively with cabin crew, pilots, and other ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
4. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed: Monitor passengers for any suspicious behavior, and report any security threats or issues to the relevant authorities.
5. Assist with aircraft turnaround: Help facilitate the quick turnaround of aircraft between flights by coordinating with various departments and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
