Ground Staff Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort in both flight and ground operations.

2. They play a crucial role in the aviation sector, undertaking a wide variety of tasks from administrative to manual labor.

3. Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning

4. Load and unload luggage and other cargo to and from the aircraft

5. Handle passenger inquiries about flight schedules, travel routes, and other flight-related issues

6. Perform inspection of the aircraft before and after flights for safety

7. Ensure the aircraft is clean and tidy for the passengers

8. Provide first aid and support in case of emergencies

9. Coordinate and manage supplies of food and beverages for flights

10. Help passengers with special needs, like the elderly, children, or those with disabilities

11. Work with various aviation teams to ensure flight operations run smoothly

12. Manage and operate airport equipment and vehicles

13. Adhere to airport safety regulations and procedures
