We are seeking dedicated Air Port Ground Staff to support airport operations in North 24 Parganas, India. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they receive their boarding passes and baggage tags promptly and efficiently.

2. Baggage Handling: Safely manage luggage and cargo during loading and unloading at the airport. Ensure all bags are properly tagged and directed to the correct flights.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with any special requirements to ensure a positive travel experience.

4. Coordination with Airlines: Work closely with airline staff to communicate flight schedules, delays, and any important announcements, ensuring all operations run smoothly.

5. Safety and Security Compliance: Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a secure airport environment, including monitoring restricted areas and conducting routine checks.
