Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers before, during, and after flights, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

- Pre-flight Briefing: Attend briefings before flights to understand the specific needs of the flight and relay crucial information to the team.

- In-flight Assistance: Assist passengers with their luggage and seating arrangements and offer refreshments, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

- Emergency Management: Be prepared to handle emergency situations, following procedures to ensure the safety of all passengers onboard.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the flight crew and passengers, providing updates and assistance as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be at least 12th pass, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor. Strong communication skills in English and regional languages are essential.
