**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Safety:** You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers during flights by following safety protocols and conducting pre-flight checks.

- **Customer Service:** Providing exceptional service to passengers is crucial. You will assist with seating, refreshments, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have during the flight.

- **Pre-flight Preparation:** Before each flight, you will prepare the cabin and check emergency equipment, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth journey.

- **Emergency Response:** In case of any emergencies, you will be trained to act quickly and efficiently to ensure passenger safety and well-being.

- **Team Collaboration:** Working closely with the flight crew and other team members is essential for maintaining a harmonious working environment and ensuring effective communication.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, as interaction with passengers is a daily task. A friendly demeanor and the ability to stay calm under pressure are important traits. Physical fitness is valued, as the job may require you to assist passengers with their luggage and move around the cabin efficiently.
