Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers as they board and disembark the aircraft, ensuring a smooth and friendly transition.

- Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate emergency procedures to ensure all passengers understand safety protocols.

- In-Flight Service: Serve meals and beverages during the flight, catering to passenger needs and preferences for a pleasant travel experience.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the flight, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and follow standard operating procedures, prioritizing passenger safety at all times.
