Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers during boarding, in-flight, and disembarking, making their journey comfortable and enjoyable.

- Safety Protocols: Clearly explain safety procedures and emergency exits to passengers to ensure their safety during the flight.

- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks to passengers, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Conflict Resolution: Address passenger queries and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere onboard.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew to facilitate smooth operations and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with diverse passengers. A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude are essential for providing great customer service. Freshers are welcome, so a willingness to learn and adapt is important.
