Face-to-Face For Air Hostess Jobs (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of all passengers during flights by following safety protocols and emergency procedures.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers by addressing their needs, offering assistance, and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the flight.

- Pre-Flight Duties: Assist in preparing the cabin before each flight, ensuring that all emergency equipment is in place and that the cabin is clean and organized.

- In-Flight Services: Serve meals, snacks, and drinks to passengers, while accommodating any dietary restrictions and preferences.

- Conflict Resolution: Address any passenger issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring all concerns are managed professionally.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure a seamless flight experience, supporting each other in delivering exceptional service.
