Interview For Air Hostess || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Air Hostesses in Belgaum Camp. This full-time position is suitable for freshers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the flight by addressing their needs and providing excellent service.

- Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the aircraft, ensuring all safety equipment is functioning and ready for use.

- Emergency Procedures: Stay updated on emergency procedures and be prepared to act swiftly in case of any unforeseen events during the flight.

- Service Coordination: Work with other cabin crew members to coordinate meal and beverage service, ensuring all passengers receive timely assistance.

- Conflict Resolution: Handle passenger complaints and conflicts with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues in a calm and effective manner.

- Flight Briefing: Attend pre-flight briefings to discuss flight details, special instructions, and passenger needs with the flight crew.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and crew. A friendly and positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to various situations. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a willingness to learn are crucial. Candidates must have a good understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
