Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist passengers with their needs throughout the flight, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a pleasant journey.

2. **Safety Procedures**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by demonstrating emergency procedures, checking safety equipment, and conducting pre-flight safety checks.

3. **Cabin Preparation**: Prepare the cabin before take-off by checking supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and setting up seating areas for passenger comfort.

4. **Conflict Resolution**: Address any passenger concerns or issues calmly and professionally, providing solutions and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow crew members and pilots to ensure effective communication and workflow throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly demeanor, willingness to assist others, and an ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Adaptability and a team-oriented attitude are necessary for a smooth and enjoyable work environment. A passion for travel and cultural experiences will enhance your performance in this role.
