- **Addressing Passenger Queries:** Respond to questions and provide information during the flight, ensuring passengers feel valued and cared for.

- **Managing Emergencies:** Be prepared to handle any unexpected situations or emergencies with calmness and professionalism, ensuring passenger safety.
