Hiring Fresher / Air Hostess / 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet passengers warmly as they board the aircraft, assist them with their luggage, and help them find their seats to ensure a comfortable boarding experience.

2. **Safety Briefings**: Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety protocols are followed throughout the flight, making sure passengers are aware of emergency procedures.

3. **In-flight Service**: Provide excellent customer service by serving meals and beverages during the flight, catering to passenger needs, and addressing any inquiries or requests.

4. **Handling Emergencies**: Remain calm and responsive during emergencies, utilizing training to manage situations effectively and ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow crew members to maintain a high standard of service and ensure smooth operation during flights.

Required Skills and Expectations:

A successful candidate must have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. You should be capable of working under pressure while maintaining a cheerful disposition. The ideal candidate should also possess basic problem-solving skills and be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required, with little to no prior experience needed.
