We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Air Hostess to join our team in Howrah. This role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on flights.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Passenger Safety**: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, demonstrating safety equipment, and assisting passengers during emergencies.

- **Customer Service**: Your primary role is to ensure passengers have a pleasant flight experience. This includes welcoming them, answering their queries, and attending to their needs throughout the journey.

- **Meal Service**: You will serve meals and beverages, manage food orders, and ensure the cleanliness and order of the cabin during and after service.

- **Pre-flight Duties**: Before each flight, you will check the cabin, ensuring it is clean and properly stocked with supplies, and assist in the boarding process.

- **Handling Special Requests**: You will accommodate special requests from passengers, such as dietary needs, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.

- **Conflict Resolution**: You are expected to handle any passenger complaints or issues calmly and professionally, ensuring a quick resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. A good level of physical fitness is essential, as the job involves standing for long periods and assisting passengers with their luggage. Prior experience is not required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are important. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, possess good problem-solving abilities, and be able to remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of aviation safety regulations will be beneficial.
