- **Conflict Resolution:** Handle any onboard issues or passenger complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure a pleasant travel experience for everyone.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow crew members to maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment and ensure all tasks are executed smoothly.
